Role title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator Reports to: Director of People & Culture Location: London (Hybrid) If you love what you do, you should love where you do it. What we are looking for As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work closely with the wider People & Culture team and stakeholders across the business . You will be exposed to all aspects of recruiting from coordination, candidate sourcing, vendor management, offer negotiations and other various projects, whilst providing a best in class recruiting experience to candidates and operational excellence to the People & Culture team. What you’ll do

  • Coordinating the hiring planning meetings alongside the People & Culture Business Partner.
  • Support the Business Partners with advertising roles internally and externally Experience of Job Boards, Social Media and the Company Website.
  • Screening candidates (including but not inclusive to verbal screening and using the LinkedIn platform)
  • Interview coordination between the hiring manager and the People & Culture Business Partner.
  • Explaining the company experience to interviewees
  • Owning entry level vacancies through sifting sourcing and screening across various job boards, direct sourcing .
  • Being an advocate for keeping costs at a minimum, i.e. less use of agencies.
  • Assisting the People & Culture Business Partners with standardising interview questions
  • Administering global approval process, informing hiring managers and People & Culture Business Partners when vacancies are approved and next steps in the process.
  • Encouraging managers to use the correct templates, (job descriptions, interview records etc).
  • Tracking of recruitment documents throughout the hiring process to ensure we are compliant. Record retention and data protection of recruitment documentation.
  • Support the Business Partners with advertising roles
  • Manage internal job postings and referrals programme through to payroll.
  • Coordinate the end to end hiring process to ensure a great hiring experience for both the candidate and hiring managers through joiners, movers and, leavers
  • Recruitment administration including support for the wider team, invoice management and tracking, maintenance of recruitment folders, job description bank etc
  • Complete reporting & MI requirement including monthly and adhoc requirements if required.
  • Participate in various projects related to process improvement, employer brand and ad hoc projects with the People and Culture Business Partners.
  • Maintenance of the Preferred Suppliers List (PSL).
  • Provide cover for other admin and coordinators.
What you’ll have
  • Experience as an HR administrator/coordinator or recruitment administrator / coordinator
  • Strong knowledge of Linkedin
  • Strong administration skills
  • Understands GDPR in the context of recruitment
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in supporting wider projects .i.e. onboarding
  • Experience recruiting for entry level roles may be advantageous
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Proactiveness and self-motivated
  • May suit someone looking for a development opportunity that has not done recruitment before.
