FINANCE JR OFFICER / OFFICER

Description 1) Monitoring & responsible on the company cash flow, checking bank balances & bank statement, preparing monthly bank reconciliation and computing cash flow forecast periodically. 2) Prepare annual budget and monthly forecast 3)To close account at financial year end and produce draft of balance sheet, profit & loss statement and other finance statement or notes to account for auditing. 4)Responsible to monitor all company expenses and to conduct variance analysis of all actual expenses incurred against budget. 5)To prepare monthly closing report and management account report. 6)Responsible for product costing and inventory valuation 7) Prepare monthly profit and loss variance reports. 8)Prepare and check the monthly production and material costing against forecast. 9) Coordinate inventory cycle count / stock take on regular basis. 10) Assist in any other functions as and when assigned.
