Description and Requirements

What will be your tasks once you join our team? • Working with the relevant line areas to progress and implement Finance-sponsored projects supporting business needs and requirements • Supporting sales process in designing and customizing offerings to supplier / dealer requirements and / or to meet internal requirements • Leading or participating in projects that are aimed to support new offerings, increase operational effectiveness, improve procedures or enhance controls posture of the Commercial Finance business • Drive internal and external suppliers to reach program deliverables on time and as agreed with the client • Acts as a focal point for clients during project execution • Lead productive project meetings with clients and network partners • Perform any ad-hoc tasks in relation to operations processes as required by management What will help you to get your job done? • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting • 5+ years of experience as Project Manager / Program Manager • Prior experience within the Finance / Banking industry and / or solid knowledge of Commercial Financing business • Experience with financial processes and systems • Fluency in English • Analytical skills with the attention to data, strong MS Excel user • Communication skills as you will be working with many colleagues/ teams What We Will Offer You: • An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forward-thinking IT companies • Flat structures and fast decision-making processes • A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life, partial working from home • An international team with a high focus on diversity We are looking forward to discussing this position with you soon!
