**Please read the job description carefully before applying!** Title: Finance Lead Job Type: Full-Time, On site (i-9/2) Timings: 12 PM - 09 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller . This role will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including accounting, compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, financial analysis, job costing, process improvement, and TRUE implementation support. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting, with proven leadership skills and the ability to drive strategic financial initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance and provide detailed analysis to support near-term and long-term business decisions.
- Consult and advise on budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accuracy using QuickBooks and TRUE.
- Perform and report accurate monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate reporting of temp fence revenue per GAAP through month-end adjustments and suggest process improvements for this revenue stream.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for sales tax filings in consultation with a tax sales expert (Alisha).
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with other leaders to analyze financial implications of business initiatives.
- Implement and maintain a robust job costing system in TRUE to track project-specific expenses and revenues accurately.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure accurate cost coding and job costing.
- Analyze job cost reports to ensure projects are completed within budget and profitability targets.
- Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
- Propose and implement effective strategies for cash management and investments.
- Document current and future bookkeeping processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and internal controls.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support TRUE Implementation to improve bookkeeping processes and initiate job costing.
- Be an active participant in implementation and future changes to optimize the TRUE platform for business needs.
- ACMA, ACCA, or CA finalist.
- Familiraity with US GaaP
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with a focus on accounting, bookkeeping, financial planning, and internal controls (including 3 years at a reputable firm is a must)
- Extensive expertise in accounting softwares, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- QBO/Xero certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
