Reservation Supervisor

Job Description

• Responsible for Hotel and cruise Local Reservations.
• Create reservations booked daily.
• Create arrival report daily.
• Responsible for hotel payments.
• Responsible for reservation system.
• Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures.
• Responsible for recording Company/Travel Agent Rates both in system and correspondence file.
• Liaise with Sales Department in regards to occupancy, Rates Reservation's Analysis.
• Knowledgeable in hotel and guest room facilities/services and ensures reservations agents are equally knowledgeable.
• Responsible for various Production reports and supply to each department concerned.
• Follows up tentative bookings and update reservation status
• Reviews no-show and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to hotel’s policy
• Responsible for work schedule

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in a reservation position at a tourism company
• Excellent knowledge of hotels and cruises in Egypt
• Can use and handle reservation software systems.
• Excellent experience in booking options
• Very good English spoken & written
• Ability to work under pressure
• High organizational skills.
• Problem solver.
