Job Title: Technical and Facility Support Specialist Client Industry: Dental Group Location: Philippines (Remote) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sydney, Australian time Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of a Technical and Facility Support Specialist who will be working with our client based in Australia. Our client is a dental group, operating 15 dental clinics across Sydney Metro. Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has strong initiatives and resourceful, strong written and fluent verbal English communication skills, strong work ethic and a high attention to detail, friendly, positive manner, and great at establishing rapport with customers. Responsibilities- Supporting our clinics with the first level of troubleshooting and triage in the network, clinical software, dental equipment software
- Arrange dental equipment vendor to fix any issues
- Supporting our clinics in logging and arranging vendors (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.) to maintain and fix facilities
- Log, monitor, and manage the clinic's tickets, requests, and tasks to ensure that Service Level Agreement targets are met
- Determine the nature of tickets, requests, and tasks, and delegate, prioritize, and allocate to the relevant support team if unable to resolve
- Providing support for software installation and configuration
- Collect and analyze computer and application logs
- Validate and test clinic software
- Take database backup
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Around 4 years of experience in a similar Level 1 support role triaging and troubleshooting application software and network issues is a must
- Strong initiatives and resourceful
- Strong written and fluent verbal English communication skills
- Strong work ethic and a high attention to detail
- Friendly, positive manner, and great at establishing rapport with customers
- A dedicated quiet workspace at home
- Good internet connection (minimum 20mbs) and mobile data backup
- A desktop or laptop computer (3rd generation or higher) with at least i3 or equivalent processor with at least 8 GBRAMandWindows10andabove or MAXOSX operating system
- A headset with an extended microphone and a noise-canceling headset is a must
- Experience supporting dental equipment and software (x-ray, thermal washer, autoclaves) is a plus
- Salary: PHP 30,000 - PHP 35,000
