We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Procurement and Project Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing support to the Senior Purchaser, focusing on procurement processes and project-related administrative tasks. With a strong emphasis on attention to detail and efficient task management, this role ensures the smooth execution of procurement activities and contributes to project success. Responsibilities :

  • Procurement Assistance: Provide essential support to the Senior Purchaser in the procurement process, including but not limited to, creating materials lists, coordinating lead times, and ordering samples as required.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare accurate submittal cover sheets and label forms, ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements.
  • Electronic Submittal Management: Utilize spec intel programs proficiently to compile and distribute electronic submittal packages of various sizes and complexities.
  • Vendor Communication: Various vendor communications such as tracking orders, obtaining lead times, etc, and communicating back to the Senior Purchaser.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the Senior Purchaser, including managing correspondence and organizing files.
  • Additional Administrative Support: Ability to provide overall support to other departments of the company as time permits.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in providing support to Senior Administrators in a project-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with procurement software or databases.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability collaborate professionally with all team members.
  • Familiarity with construction or procurement processes is advantageous.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. Additional certification or training in procurement, project management, or office administration is beneficial. Working Conditions: This position operates remotely with a direct report to the President and Senior Purchaser. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate project deadlines or procurement needs. Benefits
  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary: $900 - $1100 Schedule: Eastern Time Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to Php63,300.00 per month Schedule:
