The Senior Project Coordinator will create, manage, monitor, and report on projects promptly and address and solve day-to-day project coordination challenges. Senior Project Coordinator will require building relationships and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to produce various project management reports and dashboards, including but not limited to key performance indicators, project status reports, and project close-out reports. Primary/Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project, including subcontractor monitoring
• Employs strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
• Ability to quickly learn, understand and apply new technologies.
• Mentors more junior team members and share knowledge.
• Resolves operational issues in process, metrics as required
• Ensures adherence to legally binding requirements.
• Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in office
• 30-day notification period preferred

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management, or related area of study.
• 2+ years of experience as a Project coordinator or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of products or services.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Smartsheet tool .Other project management tools is added advantage
• Experience in managing delivery of customer-facing and internally facing products or services.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with industry-standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization
• MBA
