About the Role As part of the team, the candidate will facilitate the monitoring of operating experience, assumptions setting, deep dive analytics into trends & issues, as well as participating in initiatives within the department on the automation of actuarial processes and our analytics efforts to provide management with better, deeper, timelier insights into business performance!
- Experience monitoring and update to management for management action if necessary with updates to management for management action if necessary (25%)
- Coordinating on impact analysis of various assumption setting process (10%)
- Preparing experience analysis study, proposing recommendation on BE assumptions and suggesting improvement to the study (20%)
- Participating in key TDA (Tech, Digital, Analytics) initiatives within the department by involving in the automation of actuarial processes, and the development of analytics tools and capabilities to support better insights to management for business decisions and actions (20%)
- Adhoc project related to assumption setting / analysis model improvement / prophet model enhancement (15%)
- Providing guidance to junior team member (10%)
