Our client is a leading Multinational Social Media Company. They are looking for an Account Manager to manage clients across verticals and regions. Job Responsibilities
- Become an expert in company's solutions for businesses of all sizes and tailor recommendations strategically to suit varying client needs.
- Work with clients to improve the performance of their overall campaigns.
- Align clients KPIs with company's solutions to drive incremental values.
- Grow revenue, educate, and lead strategic conversations with clients.
- Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 4+ years of experience in account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, media agency, sales, or consulting.
- Ability to influence C levels and build effective relationships.
- Knowledge of the media landscape of Singapore is essential. Knowledge of digital media is a bonus.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Goals driven, ability to transform traditional businesses to unlock incremental growth.
- Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
