Essentially, someone who sleeps easy at night knowing that he/she/they did some awesome work that day, together with rest of the team. WHAT YOU OFFER US With at least 4 years + of hands-on experience in Digital QC gained in a digital/creative agency environment, Quality checking across multiple online medias, the QA will be part of a Tag India digital team, producing online advertising, Social and Motion Graphics. A creative and keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure all work is visually appealing, created to specification, fully tested, and suitably prepared for presentation by the project manager to client. The QA must have a “can-do” attitude, be willing to put forward ideas and have a keen eye for detail, making sure that all work produced is to a suitably high standard and within brand guidelines and specifications. Your primary roles and responsibilities will include: · Develop and maintain excellent brand knowledge of the brand(s) he/she is responsible for, with a keen eye for detail. · Should be able to comprehend brand requirements and job briefs. · Listening skills are essential for gathering critical quality assurance information. · Review files produced by the operators against the brand guidelines and job brief; to ensure that the deliverables are of 100% quality for the client · Being accountable and passing on responsibility for one's own actions, coworkers and the organization. · Recording the results of your internal audits for reference, including statistical data about the quality of the output · Proactively flag the challenges, best practices, campaign schedule to stakeholders to manage deliveries with on time and top quality · Capture the errors/feedback types, process gap in the trackers and ensure update of the same on the internal workflow management portal for continuous improvement and training · Manage time and resources effectively to ensure that the deadlines are met effectively · Managing workload to meet or exceed targets and chargeability figures. · Ensuring that the Lead is updated about the projects at all stages and advised of any additional time required well in advance to enable/seek client approvals OTHER COMPETENCIES/YOU MUST HAVE THE SENSIBILITY TO, · Should have digital / technical background and hands on experience in Banner ads, Animation, Newsletters, and various web specific tests. · An understanding of digital applications, digital, and ad-serving platforms. · Basic knowledge/functions of Adobe Design tools & Design (Layout / Mastering / Toolkits). · Basic knowledge of After Effects for online video and video compression techniques, understanding media platforms and their requirements. · Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite · Should possess the speed and accuracy to perform an end-to-end computer aided quality check. · Experience with multiple ad-serving platforms (Sizmek, Flashtalking, Google, etc.) GREAT TO HAVE · Basic knowledge in CRM and UI Design. · Thorough understanding on Campaign / Advertising (Toolkits / Banners / Social / DOOH / Modular / DCO / Ecom Assets) · knowledge of DCO and/or Modular Campaign builds, Campaign / Advertising (Toolkits / Banners / Social / DOOH / Modular / Ecom Assets) and CMS. · Basic knowledge of DCO / Celtra and/or Modular Campaign builds LOCATION We currently work in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore. TIMINGS We work on rotational shifts that change depending on the region you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager.
