Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities Pre-processing functions
- Collection of mails from Trade counter
- To register and pre-process the Application form and liaise with the customer on any rectification of documents
- Contact customer for collection of Guarantee
- Processing of Guarantee and SBLC using IMEX system
- Handle activities such as Charges, Auto-renewal, Book-off, Tracer, Stock check, QMS query, etc
- Diploma/Degree holder, ideally comes with relevant Banker's Guarantee experience
- Knowledge of Trade Finance Products/Processes (BG related) would be an advantage
- Dedicated, self-motivated and a team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and detailed oriented
- Capable of work effectively under pressure
