Account Manager | Prestidge Group – Personal Branding PR Speakers Relations Dubai | Apply Now Accountabilities and Key Roles: Select, implement and manage infrastructure solutions/ project s across the Arab Bank Globally/ Hubs and/or Country Levels Monitor and follow up ITH/C to ensure proper operations and implementation of all infrastructure solutions and services Manage and Admin Arab Bank Global/ Hubs/ Countries infrastructure solutions Ensure that infrastructure monitoring and capacity planning functions are performed systematically and periodically in the Hubs/ Countries Evaluate and study any new enhancement to working environment by upgrading or implementing a new infrastructure solutions and services Participate in the selection of IT solutions/ services Participate as necessary in the vendor evaluation process Disaster Recovery office automation planning and implementation Participate in the project delivery and execution Adhere and comply to all PnPs and work actively to close all related audit findings Accountable for all Hardware – Servers Accountable for all infrastructure systems used within Arab Bank such as Windows Servers, Operation Manager, Configuration Manager, windows server update service, VMWARE environment, HyperV environment, Antivirus server, Microsoft exchange, Active Directory Ensure IT related services continuity and efficient support to all units Globally/ Hubs and/or Country Levels. Ensure proper operations and implementation of Office Automation solutions and services in Arab bank.
