**Job Description - Corporate Tax**
**Department**: **Corporate Tax**
**Job Title: Manager/Sr Manager**
**Threshold Competencies**
- **Tax Compliance and Reporting**: Manage and ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and filing of all corporate tax returns, including federal, state, and local tax filings. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- **Tax Planning and Strategy**: Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position, minimize tax liabilities, and maximize tax benefits. Analyze tax implications of business decisions and provide guidance to management.
- **Tax Research and Interpretation**: Stay updated with changes in tax laws, regulations, and rulings. Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide guidance on their implications for the company.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential tax risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- **Tax Audit Support**: Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities. Coordinate responses, gather required documentation, and represent the company in discussions with tax authorities.
- **Team Leadership and Development**: Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
**Job Qualifications**
- 5 years of experience in corporate tax, including managerial or supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of corporate tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
**Domain/Industry**
Management Consulting
**Qualification**
CA/ACCA/CPA/CFA
**Years of Experience**
Minimum 4-8 Years post qualification, minimum of 3 years in Qatar

**Salary**: From QAR15,000.00 per month
