**Exciting Opportunity for Arabic-Speaking Director of Engineering in Jordan!**

**Are you an experienced engineering leader with a background in managing large-scale operations within the hospitality industry? Look no further - we have the perfect role for you!**

**Position**:Director of Engineering

**Location**:Jordan

**Key Requirements**:

- **Proven track record of successfully managing teams of over 20 staff in engineering and maintenance**:

- **5 years of experience as an engineering manager or director role**:

- **Solid expertise in all building and preventative maintenance programs**:

- **Fluent in Arabic and English**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee engineering and maintenance teams

- Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs

- Ensure the efficient operation of all engineering aspects in a 300-room hotel setting

- Provide strategic direction for the engineering department

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise hotel performance
