**Primary purpose of job**

Primary purpose of job Manages the entire project life cycle, Plan, execute, implement and manage medium to large IT

end-user departments.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Manage the entire project life cycle, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.- Possess a deep understanding of procurement processes, enabling effective management of vendor relationship and

facilitating the acquisition of necessary resources.

- Conduct comprehensive technical and commercial evaluations of bids received, allowing for informed decision-making

during the selection process.

- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user requirements, and prepares feasibility/business case reports and technical

requirements documents to make sure that IT projects are delivered according to QatarEnergy business needs and

approved budget.

- Identify user requirements, create scope of work, draft functional requirements, Design, implement, and deploy IT

business solutions.

- identifying and managing risks associated with a project. This includes the ability to develop risk mitigation strategies.

- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and any changes.

- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT concepts and technologies.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Implementing diverse corporate solutions to meet specific business need.

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical staff.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems or a related Engineering/Business

field

- Minimum 9 years of progressive and directly related experience.

- Trained and preferably certified as PMP or equivalent.
