**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data classification and security roles.
- In-depth knowledge of data classification frameworks and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with encryption technologies (e.g., AES, RSA) and key management.
- Proficiency in implementing and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
- Strong understanding of access control
- Principles and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC) are a plus.
