Job Responsibilities:
- Being in global connectivity tea to support cash equity and swap trading platforms.
- Handle ad-hoc FIX/connectivity change requests.
- Work closely with regional and global teams to understand business needs and propose solutions.
- Manage system implementation and upgrade projects, and coordinate with system vendors for change requests.
- System implementation, upgrade, and enhancement testing.
- Manage connectivity requests.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in equity front office IT
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in OMS, preferably Fidessa Trading Platform.
- Strong background in FIX protocol and applications, preferably ULLink client connectivity and order routing platform.
- Proficiency in JAVA programming.
- Clear understanding of cash trading and swap order flow life cycle.
- Familiarity with trading system workflows for high-touch and low-touch (DMA and Algo) trading.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
