Essential Qualifications:

• GCSE in English and Maths (Grade A-C) or equivalent
• Level 5 CIPD Human Resources qualification

Desirable Qualifications:

• Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) teaching qualification, or a willingness to acquire one
• Level 3 Certificate Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) qualification, or a willingness to acquire one
• ILM Level 3 Certificate in Effective Coaching & Mentoring
• Level 7 CIPD Human Resources qualification

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in an accredited environment, industry, or practice
• Effective management of workload, time, and resources to achieve targets
• Ability to establish and maintain rapport with a diverse range of individuals
• Inspiring and facilitating learning with a calm and polite demeanor under pressure
• Consistently delivers against core role objectives
