N Position Type Non-Management GÖREV TANIMI * Siparişlerin hazırlanmasında şefine yardımcı olur. * Yiyeceklerin depolanması, bölünmesi ve porsiyonlara ayrılması dahil tüm hazırlık işlemlerini yapar. * Taze meyve ve sebzeleri yıkar ve soyar. * Yiyecekleri tarife, kalite standartlarına ve sunum standartlarına uygun ve yemek hazırlama kontrol listesine uygun olarak hazırlar ve pişirir. * Ocakların, fırınların, mikrodalgaların, ızgaraların ve kızartma makinelerinin kullanıma hazır halde bulunmalarını sağlar. * Yiyeceklerin yeterli miktarda pişip pişmediğini kontrol eder. * Otelde gerçekleşen etkinlikler için tabak hazırlıklarına yardım eder. * Çalışma bittikten sonra mutfak alanını, ekipmanları, bıçakları, masaları, araçları temizler, dezenfekte eder ve ertesi gün için kullanıma hazır olmalarını sağlar.
