The Role
FinStrat Management (“FSM”) is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time remote role.Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks
- Conduct small-scale projects and ad hoc analyses
- Support the accounting teams in their day-to-day needs
- Prepare financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data
- Assist in development and delivery of various reporting packages
- Prepare financial deliverables, correspondence, and filings
- Ensure assignments meet the firms' quality standards
Job Requirements
Professional background
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to assemble, communicate, and present information clearly
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must exhibit strong analytical/critical thinking skills
- Solve problems using a detailed and well-ordered approach
Soft skills
- Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously
