Using a consultative approach to selling, you will use your expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with new and existing customers. As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through chats and calls
  • Coordinating with different teams to facilitate the customer rental process
  • Negotiating and closing deals while handling customer complaints or objections
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve better results and meet assigned KPIs
  • Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams to improve the rental process
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies to achieve them
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and by email
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs
  • Participating in sales team meetings
