Analog Devices is looking for a Contingent Workforce Program Temporary Associate Specialist to administer the hire-to-terminate processes, best practices, legal and software systems compliance, and data and vendor management. in close coordination with Legal, HR, HRIS and Procurement. Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Knowledge of Workday system is a plus
• Procurement, managed service or compliance experience is a plus
• Some experience and or familiar with DocuSign and Conga Contracts (but not required)
• Some HRIS experience including creating reports
