Virtual Paralegal for US-based clients (remote work)

ABOUT THE JOB: Open to Philippine residents and Full-timers ONLY!  One of our US-based clients is looking for an experienced Virtual PARALEGAL to join their team remotely for a full-time work.  Salary starts at $ 900 per month complete with HMO and PTOs  RESPONSIBILITIES: (please read through and make sure you are experienced with the tasks and can confidently deliver expectations)

• Respond to client inquiries and answer all their questions after necessary investigation.
• Prepare preliminary drafts of contracts, letter agreements; real property title review; land survey review.
• Maintain paper and cloud-based client files, ensure organization and client satisfaction in all areas.
• Monitor and prepare correspondence via mail, email and fax, taking action as necessary and appropriate.
• Monthly client invoicing.
• Online legal research.
• Online filing of court papers.
• Maintain attorney calendars.
• Manage the preparation and transmittal of client files, including document set-up and revision management.
• Manage real estate and corporate closings, including the recording of documents and filing of merger and other documents.
• Manage law school course materials and inquiries from students.
• General administrative duties.

• PARALEGAL experience is REQUIRED for at least 1 year with US-based clients 
• FEMALES are preferred by MALES are welcome to apply

  • PC/Laptop - minimum of i3 / Ryzen 3 processor and at least 8GB RAM 
  • Main Internet Service Provider - must be a wired connection with at least 25mbps internet speed 
  • Backup Internet Service Provider - can either be a wired connection or a wireless connection (modem broadband or pocket wifi) with at least 10mbps for both upload and download speed
