JOB SUMMARYThe corporate Finance team acts as the in-house financial adviser, supporting Business Development Units and Senior Management in the area of high corporate finance. His/her work will be used by the Corporate Finance Managers or AVP to advise Senior Management to make strategic capital investment decisions. An efficient multi-tasker working on multiple projects at a time, he/she will focus on the details.KEY REPOSNSIBILITIESFinancial Modeling
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive financial models
- Design, build and maintain sophisticated financial models to analyze complex business scenarios, project future financial performance, and support strategic initiatives
- Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing to evaluate potential impacts on financial outcomes
- Raises any issues identified to team lead
- Lead in-depth financial analyses, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability assessments
- Evaluate and analyze potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions, providing comprehensive insights for decision-making
- Collaborate with the team to integrate financial analysis into broader business strategies
- Spearhead the development, review, and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to embed financial policies into day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or other Finance related courses
- With at least 5 years' work experience
- With at least 2 years' leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial accounting principles.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information to diverse audiences effectively.
