• Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)
• Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)
• Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)*May be required to travel on case by case basis (F2F meeting or remote meeting)
• Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock)
• Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)

Job Requirement

• Basic knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)
• Microsoft Office Proficiency
• Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
