Position Head- Infrastructure & Operations
The Position Head- Infrastructure & Operations is responsible for the design, operations, and maintenance of IT infrastructure for LVMH Beauty China Offices, Warehouses, Factory, Boutiques, and Counters. The role ensures a high-performance, stable, and secure technical environment to support users, applications, and business operations.
The critical and complex infrastructure includes cloud services, data center, networks, servers, storage, databases, disaster recovery, and all associated hardware and software. The incumbent will develop and execute strategic plans to proactively manage the IT infrastructure to provide maximum value. This role drives innovation and enhances operational efficiency through the effective use of technology solutions.
The Position Head will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, global and local IT, business, and operations, to align technology strategies with the company's overall standards and objectives.
This role will be responsible for developing and adhering to SLAs and SOPs, managing the helpdesk, and leading the support team to provide services to LVMH Beauty China.
Profile
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: At least 12 years of working experience with 8 years in an Infrastructure management position in a large-scale MNC environment.
Skills and Expertise:
Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure IT infrastructures.
Familiarity with cloud computing (Aliyun), virtualization, and containerization technologies.
Strong knowledge of networking, server technologies, storage systems, databases, and communication systems.
Solid understanding of information security principles and best practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving goals.
Extensive experience in vendor management and service outsourcing.
