We have been supplying interpreting and translation services local and nationwide covering 200 core languages and dialects throughout the UK. To date our 20,000+ strong work force of face-to-face interpreters speak over 435 languages and dialects as well as rare and exotic languages. Our 1,000+ translators are all UK based with a cover for over 200 languages which can be translated to and from English. We have robust systems to manage our pool of translators and interpreters across the country.Our Vision: "To become the UK's leading provider of translation, interpreting and related services for the public and private sectors."Our Mission: "To provide outstanding services that bridge the language barrier while respecting and celebrating cultural diversity."We value: PEACE - People -> Ethical Conduct -> Assured Excellence -> Clients -> Equality & DiversityResponsibilities:Develop, implement and maintain a quality management system across the business for ISO standards in particular ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001.Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards, regulations and legislationConduct internal audits and maintain audit schedule to ensure complianceIdentify areas of risk and develop internal controls to mitigate against themCollaborate with senior management to develop and maintain processes to ensure quality standards are metTrain and educate staff on ISO 9001 and the quality management system to increase awareness and promote a culture of quality across the businessAnalyze and report on quality data to identify trends and recommend improvementsJob SpecificationQulification & Skills:You will have at least 3 years' experience in ISO Standards and Compliance at a management levelUKAS accredited Certification Body Management is desirableDegree or equivalent in a relevant disciplineAPM PFQ, PMQ or PRINCE2 related qualification is a plusResults orientated, willingness to commit to a direction and drive operations to completionExperience of managing or supporting the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 is desirableHighly organised with excellent attention to detailAbility to produce written reports to a high standardExceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essentialTeam player who demonstrates a high level of integrityWork mode:Work from Office.Shift Time:UK Times 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pmLocation:Bahria Town Phase 7 RawalpindiSalary:Market CompetitiveJob Rewards and BenefitsHealth Insurance,Incentive Bonus,Leaves
