Job details

Supervise and lead a team of mechanical technicians and maintenance personnel in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations while performing mechanical maintenance and repair activities. Plan and schedule maintenance activities, optimizing equipment uptime and minimizing downtime to meet production and operational targets. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of machinery, identifying potential issues and recommending necessary repairs or replacements. Oversee the procurement of spare parts and materials, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring cost-effective inventory management. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, facilitating their skill development and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability, participating in root cause analysis and improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance data, and generate reports as required. Monitor and control maintenance budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement among the mechanical maintenance team, emphasizing a commitment to excellence and operational excellence.
