Web Project Manager

Manage Software Development project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, based on Project Management principles and best practicesEnsure project deliverables are on schedule and within cost parametersPro-actively manage changes in project scope, identify risks and devise contingency plansCommunicate with team members to clarify project expectations in a timely and clear fashion; Delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriatelyGuiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworksAssist test team in creating test plans and testing effortsAbility to multi task and use innovative management techniquesMentoring and providing guidance to team membersContinually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationshipsPerform the final quality check and sign-off for all project deliverablesSet and continually manage project expectations with team membersIdentify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project teamIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical pathPlan and schedule project time-lines and milestones using appropriate toolsTrack project milestones and deliverablesDevelop and deliver progress reportJob SpecificationMust be a technology lover.Must have concepts of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance.Proven communication skills; Excellent written and spoken EnglishHighly self-motivated individual with strong commitment to meet deadlines and ability to work independentlySoft skills including moderation, facilitation, presentation and conflict managementMust have hands on experience on tools like Basecamp, MS Project etcCandidates having Bachelor's degree with MIS Majors will be preferred.Candidates with basic knowledge of System architecture and Database design will be preferred.
