Minimum Graduate (MBA in HRM will be preferred) 1.To Head and manage HR Functions effectively and efficiently such as:a)To Maintain Employees' Data Base.b)To Manage Employee leave records of Office Staff.c)To Manage complete procedure of Recruitment & Selection.d)To Process monthly payroll details of Office Staff.e)To Process employee's Full & Final Settlements of Office Staff.f)Timely issuance of Inter Office Memo (Information, New Appointments, Disassociation etc)g)To conduct Annual Appraisal Exercise of Office Staff.h)To conduct In-House Trainings of Staff Employees2.To Formulate and Execute HR Policies in alignment of organizational goals and objectives Job Specification - High IQ- Good Communication Skills (oral & written)- Great attention to detail- Ability to work under tight deadlines Information Technology and Services - Karachi, Pakistan
