A Saudi-based 3rd party company is urgently looking to hire "Services Desk Executives". Here are the position details:Required Experience with Telco: 1-5 YearsTotal Positions: 10Qualification: BS/MS in Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunication Cisco, Juniper certification would be a plusSalary Bracket: 7,000-10,000 SAR per monthServices for this tole fall under five main categories including DataInternetConnectivity (Transmission and capacity), Data Centre Whitespace/Colocation ServiceOther Transit ServicesOther responsibilities include:-Managing faults for IPLC, DIA, L2/L3 VPN, VPLS, OTN, SDH, DWDM services.-Handling tools like RTTS, RMS, Granite, TMF, TFS, or any additional telecom industry tools.-Ensuring services performance (SLA/KPI's report), Reports (RFO, RCA, availability, etc.-Troubleshooting and fault analysis skills in addition to office tools e.g. MS Office.-Should have expertise in optimal transmission (Submarine, terrestrial) and IP (CISCO/Juniper) is preferable.
