At Eram Talent, we are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's restaurant and providing exceptional customer service to guests.Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers Ensure adherence to restaurant policies and procedures Train new staff members and provide ongoing training and development opportunities Oversee the dining area to maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup Monitor and manage guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination of food orders Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed Handle cash transactions and accurately process payments Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations Requirements Prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service Attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required High school diploma or equivalent
