CCDS, a leading provider of information technology and cybersecurity solutions, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative at CCDS, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, as well as conducting sales calls and presentations to potential clients. You will work closely with our Account Managers to develop and close deals, and achieve sales targets. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about technology and cybersecurity, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.Responsibilities:Identify and qualify sales leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and networkingConduct sales calls and presentations to showcase CCDS's products and services to potential clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer serviceCollaborate with Account Managers to develop and close sales opportunities, and achieve sales targetsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactionsStay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cybersecurity solutions and servicesRequirementsProven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong sales and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with CRM software and MS OfficeKnowledge of cybersecurity solutions and services is a plusSelf-motivated and target-drivenAbility to work well in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
