Job Description
Role Description:The Network Team Leader is responsible for planning, installing, maintaining, and upgrading network systems, as well as developing and implementing network security procedures. They oversee the documentation of network systems and perform related duties as required.
Responsibilities:
Planning the annual budget for network infrastructure.
Preparing RFPs for network-related projects.
Managing network security framework and controls.
Demonstrating sound knowledge of ISMS ISO 27001, QSF 2022, NIA, etc.
Interacting and managing relationships with National Agencies.
Preparing SOW, technical evaluation criteria, and procurement requests for network infrastructure projects.
Building network strategy in collaboration with business needs.
Ensuring system performance and SLAs are met.
Providing in-depth technical expertise for tactical and operational initiatives.
Managing strategic relationships with key network product and service providers.
Assessing the impact of IT industry trends on current and future enterprise network infrastructure needs.
Defining infrastructure support initiatives and solutions with business unit managers.
Analyzing and predicting trends to develop long-range plans for maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Participating in IT strategy planning activities.
Working closely with project team members for time allocation and prioritization.
Managing a dynamic team, constantly seeking ways to elevate technology systems to meet business needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good command of English, and Arabic (Preferred but not mandatory).
Strong leadership skills, guiding projects to successful execution and completion.
Excellent communicator, ensuring constructive engagement with all stakeholders.
Experience in running a PMO responsible for multiple complex projects.
Experience and Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in IT/Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
CCIE/CCNP Certification.
