Job details
Responsibilities:Attend the Weekly Progress Meetings:Participate in internal and client meetings, and prepare meeting minutes.Review Project Plan:Collaborate with project planners and production engineers to review project plans.Prepare Subcontract Packages:Create subcontract packages for outsourced work.Update Scope of Work Documents:Review and update scope of work documents, and assist in preparing change orders.Coordinate Engineering Work:Ensure engineering and drafting work aligns with specifications and schedule.Ensure Quality Control:Coordinate with the project quality manager to ensure work meets QC plans.Monitor Progress:Coordinate daily progress with production engineers and operations engineers, identify constraints, and find solutions.Manage Procurement:Collaborate with procurement manager to ensure timely material delivery by resolving technical queries.Implement Lessons Learned:Ensure project teams implement lessons learned and document them in the database.Promote Safety Culture:Adhere to company safety standards and promote a safety culture throughout the organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
