Job details

We are looking for Purchasing Officer With Valied Qatar Driving License for well stablish company in Doha.

Ø Negotiating the lowest prices.

Ø Administering online purchasing system.

Ø Acquiring materials and other /structuring product contracts.

Ø Studying sales records and inventory level.

Ø Placing orders and checking shipment/ controlling departmental budgets.

Ø Appraising products services./ Approval suppliers.

Ø Assist the purchasing manager./ Negotiating the lowest prices.

Ø Coordinating to the production and to the operation/project manager for acquiring their needs.

Ø Coordination with the store on the inventory stock.

Ø Maintain professional relationship with vendors

Ø Monitor stock movement and maintain cyclic inventory flow

Ø Ensure smooth communication between the inventory section, the sales team and finance group

Ø Responsible for inventory KPI as per inventory management standards

Ø Monitor market trends and competitor strategies

**Requirement**

**Qatar Driving Silences Must.**

**Experience in Food & beverage purchasing.**

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
