We are looking to hire a qualified CRM Agent to join our dynamic team.
- Complete and fix the incorrect and incomplete data in system (keyloop).
- Helps provide more accurate, consistent, and reliable information for decision -making in the company.
- Updating and removing customer records.
- High communication and writing skills.
- Ensuring that customer records correct and updated.
- Ensure that CRM Data remains and accurate, up to date.
- Filling missing Data.
- Reporting all updates of the data cleansing /Use Excel sheet to enter all data updated.
- Achieve daily and weekly calls target.

**Salary**: Up to QAR5,500.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- CRM Agent: 2 years (required)
**Language**:
- Arabic and English (required)
License/Certification:
- QID and NOC (required)
