Owner at AL Dana aluminum Composite Panels Company DescriptionAL DANA BONDWe are an aluminum composite panel factory.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Director at Al Dana Bond ACP. As an Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's operations. This includes setting strategic goals, developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing financial resources, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of employees and fostering a positive work environment. Drive the product and business planning processes for cross functional teams.QualificationsStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSpeaks Fluent English and Arabic5 years experience in a senior roleServe as a main resource for managers of marketing, finance and sales operationsAdjust important procedures, polices and accessing current industry trendsDevelop, execute and access top business strategies that could push company growthProven success as a senior executive managing departmental teamsExpert understanding of corporate finance and business managementStrong knowledge of financial, technical and economic conceptsFamiliarity with regional regulatory complianceProven experience in strategic planning and executionFinancial management and budgeting skillsKnowledge of industry trends and best practicesAbility to make sound decisions and solve problemsExperience in managing and motivating teamsStrong organizational and time management skillsBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, business management, finance, marketingMBA or advanced degree is a plus
