Preference will be given tocandidates who has SAP technicalbackground/experience, as theywill be working with tcode/s within SAPsystem, analyzing data,understanding the risk factors associated andpresenting reports torelevant stakeholders.Assist the IADirectorIA Assistant Manager in preparing the IA Department BudgetandResource Plans and periodically monitoring actual cost vs.budgetedfigures.Effectively plan the auditengagements,ensure timely communication with auditees, define thescope, objectivesand timelines - this should be done inconsultation with the IADirector IA AssistantManager.Develop risk based auditprograms thatreflects key risks and clear understanding of IT,businessoperations, departmental/ process goals and objectives.Perform audits and IT audits as per Instituteof InternalAuditors (IIA) Standards and IAD Guidelines, superviseand review thework of junior audit staff assigned to the auditengagement, and ensurethat deliverables are completed on time andwithin the budget.Complete all assignedinternal audit engagements for the yearas per IAStrategy.Conduct special audits (ad-hocreviews) andother tasks as assigned by the IA Director IAAssistant Manager.Prepare presentations, to report audit resultsto the Board ofDirectors. Prepare and maintain internal auditworking papers, IAMemos, administrative records and other internalcommunications as perRecords Management and IIA Working PaperStandards. Identify, analyzeand evaluate potential issues, thenfacilitate the resolution of suchissues by developingrecommendations to enhance internal controlprocesses andinformation systems. Assist the IA Director/ IA AssistantManagerin preparing the Development/Training Plan for IADepartment.
