What you’ll be doing: • Responsible for the production and process improvements of gypsum plaster and gypsum board,

    • Executing line and performance measurements, which lead to diagnose the technical problems of the plant, • Investigation of improvement potentials on "process", "production rate" and "quality", • Analyzing the periodical laboratory and production reports, • Evaluation of customer claims due to production together with local responsible, • Implementing new products and processes together with Region Team, • Reporting of all production facilities’ activities, • Creation of production check-list tables and cooperation with production responsible, • Evaluation of plant’s needs and preparation of investment reports with feasibility studies, • Close cooperation with Region Team and perform project-based studies together, • Continuously analysis and optimization of production processes.

If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage: • University degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, • Working experience in an international environment, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, • Excellent command of English both written and spoken, • Position based in Izmit.
