Vanrath are delighted to be recruiting for a number of electrician roles. In the Public sector Rate: £14.17ph Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. - Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout and configuration of electrical systems. - Install and repair wiring, circuit breakers, switches, outlets, and other electrical components. - Test electrical systems for proper functioning and safety. - Troubleshoot electrical faults, identify root causes, and implement necessary repairs or replacements. - Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors for coordinated electrical work. - Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. - Stay updated with industry advancements, codes, and regulations. Qualifications: - Valid electrician license or certification, C&G 2391 and 2382 - Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations. - Proven experience in electrical installation and repair. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and blueprints. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and precision in work. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. - Physical stamina and manual dexterity. - Commitment to safety protocols and practices.
