  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential creators who align with our value propositions and criteria. Analyze competitor offerings, industry trends, and market demands to develop effective acquisition strategies.
  • Creator Identification: Utilize various channels such as social media, industry events, and online platforms to identify promising creators. Collaborate with the marketing team and category lead to create compelling campaigns to attract potential creators to our club.
  • Relationship Building: Engage in proactive outreach to establish connections with identified creators. Effectively communicate the benefits of joining our creator club and how our tech tools and mobile app can provide solutions to their pain points and enhance their business operations and ultimately help them earn more.
  • Onboarding Process: Serve as the main point of contact for new creators throughout the onboarding process. Guide creators through the registration process and ensure they have a seamless experience with our platform.
  • Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to increase conversion rates from identified leads to active club members. Continuously analyze and optimize the onboarding process to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, tech, and customer support teams to align acquisition efforts with overall company objectives. Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable insights from creator feedback to enhance our tech tools and mobile app.
  • Creator Support: Be available to address any concerns or inquiries from creators to ensure a positive and supportive experience within the club.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to acquisition efforts. Prepare regular reports and presentations to share progress, successes, and areas for improvement with the management team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing research, lead generation, or creator acquisition.
  • Familiarity with the creator community and an understanding of the challenges they face in managing and growing their businesses.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with creators and effectively convey the benefits of joining the club.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and optimize acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, project management tools, and data analytics platform
