Visit our website: About the Role We are looking for an experienced Trainer to join our amazing CTM Government team. If you have exceptional client service skills and enjoy a good work life balance this is for you! A typical day will see you facilitating training for our consultants on a range of programs from New Starters, Upskilling, Fare Knowledge and Construction, Ticketing, Hotels, Soft Skills and more. You will need to be task oriented and comfortable working with a range of skill levels, different learning needs and styles on a variety of different topics and systems - both remotely and face to face. As we are a National business, domestic travel may also be required. About You:- Experience in training and quality assessment, with a proven track record of training and developing staff
- Extensive Domestic and International travel consulting experience and fares knowledge
- Strong knowledge of travel tech/booking systems - preferably Tramada / Amadeus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional client service and problem solving skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
