Curating an experience for their customers you’ll work one-on-one with your customer to ensure the perfect fit. They are seeking an experienced leader to join their Remarkables Park/Frankton store! 

What’s on offer: 
$60k - $63,500 base salary depending on experience  Earn 1% of monthly store sales + 60% Discount off all products + Birthday Leave  12-Week Training & Induction Program ‘Way Of Selling”  Tuesday - Saturday 8:45 - 5:15 pm (no late nights)  Progression opportunities across the group  Supportive and experienced Regional Manager who has been with the brand over 10+ years   The Job:   As a Store Manager, you’ll have ownership of the running all aspects of the store including but not limited to: 
Coaching and training a small team of 5+  Driving sales & KPIs in store Offering one-on-one consultative sales and service to customers  Ensuring all operational tasks are completed to a high standard including - P&L, wage budgets, merchandising, stock and inventory mgmt, rosters and more What you’ll bring: We are looking for someone who brings a passion and enthusiasm for helping people as well as:
