• This role is for a seasoned tax professional who thrives in a dynamic and complex environment.
• Group experience is non-negotiable, with experience in navigating the ever-changing tax climate and handling tax functions in all jurisdictions where the Group's subsidiaries are located, locally and internationally, to optimize the tax costs and ensure tax compliance.
• Coordinate and liaise with tax authorities in all our business locations.
• Develop and manage tax policy manual.
• Implement and maintain effective tax procedures across the Group, ensuring compliance by subsidiaries.
• Advise the Group on the implications of changes to tax laws and regulations.
• Provide insightful analysis of potential tax implications of business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Review inter-company agreements and transfer pricing documentation to ensure they are at arm's length.

• 15 18 years' experience.
• Must have worked with a large corporate/conglomerate and/or tax consulting arm of the big 4 firms.

• Good knowledge of group accounting, IFRS, tax laws and regulations.
• Information technology skills. Practical knowledge of ERP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Must be a chartered accountant and member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
