Curating an experience for their customers you’ll work one-on-one with your customer to ensure the perfect fit. They are seeking an experienced leader to join their Remarkables Park/Frankton store! What’s on offer: $60k - $63,500 base salary depending on experience Earn 1% of monthly store sales + 60% Discount off all products + Birthday Leave 12-Week Training & Induction Program ‘Way Of Selling” Tuesday - Saturday 8:45 - 5:15 pm (no late nights) Progression opportunities across the group Supportive and experienced Regional Manager who has been with the brand over 10+ years The Job: As a Store Manager, you’ll have ownership of the running all aspects of the store including but not limited to: Coaching and training a small team of 5+ Driving sales & KPIs in store Offering one-on-one consultative sales and service to customers Ensuring all operational tasks are completed to a high standard including - P&L, wage budgets, merchandising, stock and inventory mgmt, rosters and more What you’ll bring: We are looking for someone who brings a passion and enthusiasm for helping people as well as: Proven leadership exp 3+ yrs ideally in consultative retail or similar Outgoing, confident and engaging personality Experience in coaching and training staff Ability to work autonomously, due to remote location Reach out if you have any questions directly to Stuart 03 741 9606 or stuarta@rwr.co.nz this is a great opportunity not to be missed.
