- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Experience in the waste management is a plus.
