Full job description
Industry : Automotive Reseller / workshop Skills : Mandarin needed, Minimum 5 years experience in QA /QC in automotive industry. Requirements :- Degree in engineering, preferably related to the automotive industry
- Preferably 5 years’ experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Independent and also a team player
- In charge daily operation of production department on QC and QA matters.
- Support the sales department on aftersales support understanding the customer issues and listing out spare parts or activities to be performed.
- Troubleshooting equipment, sub-assemblies and components to identify the failure’s root cause and implementing any corrective action to avoid repeating.
- Support the purchasing department in preparing technical documents, drawings, SOP, specifications, or any other material that is required to fulfil suppliers' inquiries.
- Supporting the Head of Operations on new product development and product transferring processes preparing technical documents, drawings, bills of material and manuals.
- Provide training and technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance.
