- Conducting in-depth requirement analysis, continuous data monitoring, and diligent user feedback tracking for assigned modules. This involves ensuring the ongoing optimization of trading experiences and features
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, with a track record of using data-driven insights to guide product iteration and optimization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in clear and concise documentation
- Strong sense of responsibility, coupled with excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Prior experience or familiarity with financial products such as blockchain, securities, derivatives, funds, bonds, etc., is advantageous
- Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
